Statistics
Track and monitor the consumption metrics.
The Statistics node serves as an administrative tool to monitor the system consumption of resources. The view provides a visual representation of what is happening in the system under-the-hood so that the platform administrators can efficiently track and monitor the trends and current consumption. Based on the data, you can make the informed decisions how to scale and optimize the resources usage, modify the billing or usage limits accordingly, and prevent overages.

The Statistics view presents the following resources consumption:
API - the number of your triggered API calls related to different services
Make - the consumption of Make resources
Database - the usage of available database storage
Cloudinary - the usage of Cloudinary storage
AI - the number of AI tokens used
Webhooks - the number of webhook events triggered
Select a tenant
Each metric can be viewed in the context of a specific tenant. But, you can easily switch to view metrics for another tenant. Or, you can also select multiple tenants at once to get the combined view of the metrics across different tenants in your setup. This option helps you compare the consumption data between your tenants.

Select a specific timeframe to monitor trends
You are able to select a specific period of time of your interest to get the visualized statistics of the selected resource. You can view the selected period of time in daily, weekly or monthly chunks, depending on your preference. Access to historical usage data allows you to analyze the trends over time and predict the needs for the future. This way you can adjust the plans accordingly.

Adjust the charts
You can modify the way the data is displayed in the charts by enabling or disabling from the view some of the data. This way, you can either get more general or more in-depth insights into your consumption.
Enable view on the agreed usage quotas and total numbers to check each metric against the agreed limits. Understanding the remaining quotas helps you plan your resources usage better and stay within your allocated numbers.
Disable some data from the charts to take a closer view on the metrics within the specific timeframe.

Download statistics in CSV format
To further process the data, you can download a CSV file with the metrics for each resource. The data corresponds to the selected tenant(s) and timeframes.

API Calls View
The API Calls view provides more details about the API consumption. Open the Advanced view mode to get insights into which services consume the most of your API usage. You can adjust the chart to show specific proxies only or all of them at once.
