Order History
View past orders, track statuses, and start returns from completed purchases.
The Order History section displays all orders placed by the customer. Each order entry includes key information such as order number, order date, order status, and total value.
In this view, the customers can also request returns for the completed orders.
Customers can open individual orders to view detailed information including purchased items, quantities, pricing, delivery details, and payment status. If a coupon was applied during checkout, the order details also show the coupon and its effect on the order total. This section allows users to easily track past purchases, check order progress, and reference previous transactions when placing repeat orders.
