Firewall Allowlisting

See the details of firewall configuration for Value Stream Modeller.

If you are experiencing any access issues when using Value Stream Modeller, make sure your network is not blocking HTTP/HTTPS traffic to the following Emporix, Celonis and Make domains and subdomains:

Emporix

• Emporix: emporix.io
• Emporix API: api.emporix.io
• Emporix Developer Portal: app.emporix.io
• Emporix Management Dashboard: dashboard.emporix.io
• Emporix Forms UI: cop.emporix.io/forms/
• Emporix SSO: login.emporix.io
• Emporix Documentation: developer.emporix.io
• Emporix Inbound Webhooks: signals.emporix.io
• Emporix Outbound Events: app.svix.com - required for DCP customers only
• Emporix Corporate Website: emporix.com

To start working with api.emporix.io, make sure to also allowlist its IP: 34.128.182.253.

Celonis

• Celonis: celonis.com

If you work with Celonis, make sure the Emporix IPs are allowlisted with the IP-based Access Restrictions as documented by the company.

Make

• Emporix Make Environment: emporix.integromat.celonis.com
• Make: make.com
• Integromat: integromat.com - additional access is needed for any Make Apps using OIDC Authorization Protocol

To allowlist the connection to and from Make from your internal IT system firewalls, use also these IP addresses:

• Outgoing = 63.176.242.240, 35.159.75.87, 3.72.162.92
• Incoming = 63.176.80.5, 3.73.150.249
