Value Stream Library

Check the templates you can use to build your processes.

Value Stream Library is a set of templates that you can use as a base to build your automated processes. The templates offer a full end-to-end process flow, where the only thing you need is to customize your connections.

The value stream templates you can use are:

• New Product Introduction

• Abandoned Cart

• Order Splitting

• New Registered Customer

Working with the templates

Choose the template you want to work with

Open the template you want to use for the process - this opens the Start your configuration window.

Add a title and description

Add a title for the process you want to build on top of the template. If you don't provide a name, the process template is simply copied with the same name followed by a "copy" suffix. Additionally, you can provide a description of the process you want to build. We recommend to do so, as it helps in distinguish the processes when you have multiple of them in use.

Choose to Create Process

All the blocks from the process template are automatically copied.

Work on your template

Your template is ready for you to use and customize it to fit your needs.
