KPIs and Analytics

Get insights and metrics about digital processes in KPI Dashboard.

Introduction

The KPIs & Analytics dashboard gathers high level business information using KPIs from Celonis and business outcomes of your running Digital Processes.

The dashboard is divided into two sections:

  • KPIs - data showing KPIs retrieved from Celonis EMS.

  • Digital Process Effectiveness - graphs showing the business outcomes of your running digital processes.

Prerequisite

To start with the configuration of the KPIs and Analytics dashboard, configure your connection with Celonis. See the Integration with Celonis documentation.

Configuring the KPIs & Analytics dashboard

The KPIs & Analytics dashboard can be configured to your needs and the data that is most important for you to see and monitor. To start the configuration of the dashboard, go to OE -> Admin -> KPIs & Analytics.

Business KPIs

To configure business KPIs:

  1. In the Business KPIs section, you can configure up to 4 KPI tiles that display your selected data.

  2. To set up a specific KPI, open its edit mode by choosing the edit icon.

  3. Enter the Display name for the data that should be displayed in the tile.

  4. Link the digital process that is configured to work with the KPIs data.

  5. Complete the following KPI data sources configuration:

    • Celonis Knowledge Model

    • Celonis Record

    • Celonis Record Field

    • Preview format

  6. To save your configuration, choose Apply.

Process effectiveness

To configure the process effectiveness visualizations:

  1. In the Process Effectiveness section, you can configure up to 4 graphs that can be used in the KPIs & Analytics dashboard to view the results of the running executions and their effect on business outcomes.

  1. Enter the Display name for the data graph.

  2. Choose the related digital process.

  3. Complete the following KPI data sources configuration:

    • Celonis Knowledge Model

    • Celonis Record

    • Celonis Record Field

  4. Choose Apply to save your configuration.
